I thought that I would try an over the counter whitening treatment before I spent $400 at the dentist office. When I read an article about Luster in In Style magazine, I thought I would give it a try. After using the product for about and hour, I noticed that my teeth were whiter. The product uses a high tech blue light that looks like the one at my dentist office to speed up the whitening treatment. The process (rinse, apply gel, and hold light) was easy, yet repetitive- you need to dedicate about 1 hour for the treatment (or you could do the treatment over a couple days). I thought it was a great product that delivered results. Luster was worth the money!!

I was surprised to read a few reviews that said they did not see any change in the shade of their teeth. I only did 5 two minute treatements to both my top and bottom teeth, and I notice a drastic change. I tried the crest white strips, but they made my teeth ache with pain. This is well worth the $40!!! I considered going to my dentist for Brite Smile treatments, but they are $200 a visit! I am a Luster customer for life! I would not consider using another product to whiten my teeth!!!

This didn't work for me at all and it's pretty annoying having to rinse and reapply every 2 minutes. It didn't cause any sensitivity though. Maybe it works for some people... I tried Crest Whitestrips Premium after this and they worked great!
